Description

To be honest, I actually almost always start with the first frame, since I find the last frame to be the most important and the first frame the second most important. This places the last frame in the perfect window between "not quite warmed up" and "already bored of drawing"

I tend to do 5 step TGs (though I haven't made any since before I started using this DA account) but I've always done them straight-on. Your art style differs from mine somewhat, but looking at what you've done will probably be quite helpful. In particular you explicitly stated some things that I usually do fine when sketching without thinking but get confused over when I actually focus on what I'm doing. In particular the shape of the feet and the way shoulders look from an angle.
